Message	before someone purchases an item from a seller, the seller comes to the site to activate a feedback page for the buyer so that the buyer can leave positive or negative feedback and any comments he or she has. so, this leaves it up to the buyer to make the seller comply or he/she (the buyer) won't pay for the item. sorry if this has been mentioned or done before.
